Here are a few of the projects we've done that never found a home or changed drastically, but still cool.
Call them doodles, or better yet, cyber doodles. Concept and scratch pad stuff, but cool.
We dedicate this page to our animators, videographers and audio techs. OK, you guys got your page, now get
back to work.

This is a project that was never finished. Meet Aiko Tanaka, model,
dancer, actress, web icon. We presented this concept: A portfolio on
disc. Seemed like a good idea. However....having our entire animation
crew and the No Band (all of them!) jammed into our little studio brought
everything else to a screeching halt. Could never get them to work this hard
on other projects. Whats your motivation guys?
The plus side: Awesome idea, floppy disc portfolio done in Flash 4.
The minus side: Lets see.. 3 animators tying up our fastest workstation
for who knows how long, 5 musicians (with sound man) tying up our recording
studio, not to mention they trashed the place.
Miss Tanaka please come get your project, these guys won't leave it alone!

Flash animation.  265 K. not really set up for web delivery, but it works.

Animators...everything you hear about them is true. This piece in its original
form was a work of art, but... what are you guys trying to do, get me sued?
NOT Lucas approved. Buried here in the gallery maybe, but not an opener for
a company who has the kind of traffic Creative Media generates.

The plus side: Great piece! very true to the original Star Wars.
The minus side: Great piece! TOO true to the original Star Wars.

Flash animation. 172 K. NOT Lucas approved.

This is a video experiment. Jim, of the No Band shows off in his home studio.
Seems like everybody wants to get into the act, Web Dude? In your dreams Jim.
Not bad video though, what camera did you shoot that with?
The plus side: Almost a minute of video and only 917K.
The minus side:I know what camera that was shot with, and it's still missing.

Quicktime movie 917 K. Not bad for a guitar hack.

Spinning cube. Looks cool full screen. Started out as a series of bitmaps, 40
in all.
The plus side: 3D is cool and we need to do more.
The minus side: Couldn't control the speed of the spin without changing all
40 frames, one at a time. End of that experiment.

Flash 4 animation.  93 K

This is a historic piece. The first Flash animation I ever did. Done in the marketing
office at Creative Media on my laptop. I was just "playing" with the software and
the rest is history...
The plus side: The teaming of Visionaries Multimedia and Creative Media! We
lacked the ability to market ourselves and Creative Media are masters of marketing.
We have been very effective as a team and are able to provide, jointly, services
that other web shops could never even dream of.
The minus side: Are you kidding! Want to see the photos I took in the Limo while
we tooled around Beverly Hills? This is the dream team! No minus yet.
